Is the intake tube a replacement part or do you still use the original XR6T pipe? Why not use the XR8 intake if your going to use the XR8 air cleaner assembly? How do they overcome the difference in piping sizes between the XR6T and XR8 between the engine and the filter? Thanks in advance for any help guys. The system gives you a full XR8 setup with intake behind the headlight and also the XR8 box is modified to allow the original standard T intake to fit into the side of the airbox. Result air from under the bonnet (as per standard T) and also from behind the headlight (as per standard Xr8) twice as much flow, Also the whole setup does look better than the photos. It looks good, is very effective, and can be fitted in 10 minutes,

As ms700's modification shows you need the change the piping because the original won't fit. How did you do it?
