My car has developed an annoying front end rattle it sounds like its coming from infront of the firewall possibly front strut , ball joint or steering rack just not sure I am just after a rough idea what it could be I had new konis installed a few thousand k's back and am thinking it's coming from somewhere in that vicinity but just unsure its mainly heard at 60kmh going over uneven sufarces and very annoying.

Has it rained recently in your area?

My car started doing this after I drove in the rain with my Koni's fitted. It sounds like something is really loose and about to fall off the car. I tracked it down to the shaft of the Koni's sliding through the bump stop. I lubed the bump stops and haven't heard the noise since.

Check the sway bar. Make sure it's tight
