Best part is the op wasn't asking about any of this, they've already done it and just wanted to know what people thought of it. I think it looks good.

I already said that get your own post Dillz! Plus wore a black condom last night, my old fella was a little to hot on it and Missus did not like the extra heat. And my performance went down about 6%!et me tell you she was not a happy camper.

In trade school I used some sh*t with mirrors to boil water and cook frankfurts out in the sun.. I was wearing black jox that day and I was fine

With DIllz it looks mint..

But impellor you're theory is sound if the heat was coming from a light based heat source.. If you were using heat lamps on a black surface it'd be a whole different ball game compared to a shiny surface or white surface.

In this application you're not considering underbonnet airflow..

If there was an 8% rise in underbonnet temps I'd be very freakin surprised..

And no I don't settle for 8% payrises.. I just got nearly 20%..

It has nothing to do with light, you bought that into the equation. Im am talking about radiant/thermal heat dynamics. Got nothing to do with light. Thermal coatings are often used on piston crowns to reduce temps, no light in there. Cheers

So that takes us back to the whole 'it depends on thickness and chemical composition of the paint'.

No not that either, its about thermal radiation waves and how they respond to colour and reflective surfaces. Again these are things that you have bought to the table. But I'm all ears, what do you know about composition pertaining to the subject, because nothing we are taliking about has any ceramic/asbestos componentry. Cheers

Its pretty firking bright inside the pot when the fuel goes bang.
