Has anyone noticed that when driving into a corner on the open road at tmterestong speeds you can stab the throttle hard on the way in ant the box will change down and hold that gear untill the box senses no load or the car is cruising in a straight line its brilliant as you can light it up on exit with out the box changing back up to the original gear

You can evan use the kick down to decelerate the car into a corner the same as a manual one or two shifts

Good at the start but gets old real quick, a quick stab to overtake someone and having to manually change down so it doesn't sit there revving it's tits off all the time.

Or you could just let the box learn how you drive as that's what they are designed to do..

That's by-design Dillz, can't recall exactly what they call it but it's essentially to hold the gear when you suddenly release the throttle as it assumes you're about to brake.

Seems it's too clever for some though. :lookaround:
