To get a 5 sar rating, it must NOT be possible to turn off DSC, the exception being Police vehicles where they can opt to get a button put in. If it is possible, you lose points.

So you can turn off traction control with the 'burnout' button, but DSC will remain on regardless in case you are swerving or trying to take a corner too fast, is that right?

Take the fuse out

ive tried taking the fuse out and donuts...doesn't work!

Had a customer do a turbo conversion to his BA Ghia a while back, did it all as per ford turbo specs, he later decided to change it to ZF which meant he had to convert it all to BF spec, had a few niggling issues, one of them was the trans came from a Typhoon/Tornado and the rest of the gear came from a XR6T, some of the issues were brought about because apparantly the FPV's did not have DSC.

with the bf xr6t's the one switch turns them both off, light on the dash = hoops possible
