Had to re run a new earth from the pump to the engine bay where I earthed it! Where does everyone else run there earth? If not give it a good scraping right down to bare metal, clearing the area of the washer of course and see how that goes.Let's just say fords earthing is pretty ordinary as it is, quite a few people have problems with the engine bay earthing point. I used the headlight screw as earth! Best I could find with myMultimeter. I thought I could eart the pump out by running the earth to one bolt hole that holds the surge tank on but nooo.
