Yeah well that's what he told me. Hes a mate of mine too, so hes pretty sly when it comes to his car and mine. Although I know hes done the best he could. Also it could just be the dyno reading a little low/ or was tuned and run up on a really hot day?

Xr6t_ute hows it off the line with that stall? Roughly what sort of boost can you leave the line with and not baze the tyres. (On the track of course.)

My best 60ft was when I ran (1.62) 11.2 with 330rwkw...12psi off the line..now I cant hook up at all with 5psi with MT E.T streets.

Mines a ute so you will do alot better as a sedan squats and has better weight transfer on launch.

Yeah that's it, making more torque and tuning the car to come on harder and earlier makes it tricky to put it to the ground. Its more fun but, makes it feel like a monster on the street :)

Well guys last night was a dream come true for me. First drag meet I have ever been too and managed a best of 10.670 at 128.71 mph with a 1.53 60ft. Im f-ing stoked. Revs were up around the 4 grand mark and I just watched the boost gauge. With the foot brake and the hand brake on I managed to leave the line with just shy of 15psi. I have never felt anything jump like this thing did in my life. ill have to post some vids and pics my friends got. I carnt believe it, it was just too easy. The car hooked up and drove dead straight like a bullet.

I would like to say a big thank you to Keelan Peck from Pecky performance and dyno tune in Darwin

and Justin from Blacktrack performance dyno center in NSW, the two wizards working together for the awsome tune.

f*cking hell.

haha that's what I said when it was leaving the line. They are nitto nt05r's, size are 275-40-17. Cost about $100 bucks cheaper per tyre on ebay then mt et's lol

They are.drag radials

Not the street nittos

I had them they are a great tyre, veva now has them

Imho they are better than et's for a few reasons such as weight load rating psi needed to hook up and they match nt05 tread pattern and are cheaper
