Could it be a boost leak???

I Can't seem to find any, I'm going to take the front bar off this weekend and have a good look all over the pipework and intercooler just incase one has a split in it. I wonder if a split would create a surge like that though?

If there is a boost leak or something similar then it would show up on the dyno and if that is the case then your tuner shouldn't be giving your car back to you untuned.

You need to replace your tuner. Pretty common fault on these cars

Because being on the dyno it has no load, then on the street under load, making sh*t boost in 1st and 2nd gear, I've only loaded it up a few times in 3rd and that is the same too.

Should have plenty of load on the dyno from the retarder. Tuner should fix it.

Not sure why he suggested getting a new, expensive 02 sensor for open loop running?
