I bought a monza on ebay.its a m spec.I installed transcooler PWR for the BA mK ii.the monza does not fit in the space esp on the drivers side. Should I trim the front bar? I thought it was a direct replacement.the brackets dont line up as well.anybody installed one before? Tips to make it fit please.thanks.

Mine fitted in fine with a bit of persuading. No modifications necessary for me. Do a bit of a search as the question has been asked a couple of times before.

had a look this morning. transcooler is a bit to the driver's side. shortens the arc in the space.now its either relocate the transcooler 10mm to the centre or grind a bit of the front bar.anyideas where I can get those zipties that go thro the radiator supplied with the PWR kit?

also I kinked the transmission oil line running to the radiator which now goes to the transcooler a little bit. was wondering if this is going to affect the oil flow is this line easy to replace?

The original brackets don't center the cooler so ....

get 2 bricks sit the cooler on them stacked and the cooler centered, get a 150mm longer 2.5 inch top intercooler hose that is on there from stock, the bottom hose will pull over with a little force and make some brackets that reach the original holes on the front bar support best to use some 25X3 flat bar for the brackets, (you can bend the 90s into them with a hammer and vice) 2 will be enough and you may need to bend a A/C hose that may get in the way of the bottom right corner.

Stick the front bar back on beauty
