Actually in your lifetime, you will make more right hand turns than left.

If that helps.

We ought to call you "the Sage" Paulie :roflmbo: you've said some gems on the forum

Yeah, am thinking it might be the balancing leads on the rim? What about when you travel in reverse - do you still hear it going backwards?

Also, my idle pulley was wonky (bearings inside it shot) - had to have it replaced - it's a common issue with our cars as they get older. The ticking from the idle pulley got louder as the revs got faster. But that happened whether I turned left or right.

that's one I havent thought of, Cheers. If I'm going slow you really cant hear it, so I havent been going fast enough in reverse to notice it, lol. Will look into the idler pully though !!!

You better just drive home in reverse to test out the theory.

Hey guys, just following up. Still had the ticking noise since first started. I shredded my rear tyres on my gaurds the other day, so I got them to move my front tyres to the rear (changed from 245 to 235 as I have large offset) and baught a new set of fronts. So now the rear is ticking. I've pretty much put it down to the tyre itself. Now I'm just gonna turn it to smoke and get new ones. Cheers for all your help though guys !!!
