Plan on running:

Plazmaman 800hp or 1000hp cooler

4 Inch turbo side intake

ID 1000s

PW or Plazmaman surge tank + 044

Intank pump if needed

Valve springs

Complete exhaust

12psi Actuator

In a G6ET. Two turbos are fairly evenly priced (GTX is slightly cheaper)

I'm stuck in between these two turbochargers and I'm not sure which I should go for. What would you do and why ?

Not sure if this may help price wise , just got a new GTX3582r with new genuine garrett turbine housing ( not included with the GTX ) ported and flapper mod , with a new 8psi actuator and bracket all assembled for $2600.

I'm interested in the two as well. Is the precision turbo setup that utilizes the factory waste gate or the one that runs an external gate you's are talking about?

Somewhere on the DLM site they say they have a replacement that uses the factory internal waste gate but its still under development. I was hoping its finished :)

If its the one that uses the external gate and the prices are similar I'd go the DLM turbo kit. They have a variety of turbos that can fit in these kits depending on your application and the external gate provides better boost control.

I was at dlm last week and saw the precision with ext gate set up,it's a very cool set up that will perform very well!

The best thing about the kit is the ability to run higher boost down the track if someone was to build they're engine as the perform better the more boost you put in them!! And who doesn't love an external gate set up!!

Cheers lee
