dude if u managed to drive the car there and said tuner could not get this thing to an exceptiable level in less than a day on the dyno .......................he doesnt know what there doing

ill give u an example as this happens all the time with blokes doing the mods to save labour .............and that's not always a bad thing as long as they get done right !!, but anyway a certin car was at a tune shop for 3 hours ,had no prior work done at this said tune shop and after 3 hrs the tuner couldnt even get the thing to idle, after a few ph calls the car was on a trailor drove some 50min away and after no bullshiot 1hr was pulling 350rwkw like a kitten, then went onto enter the next day at a gazzanats comp where it laid down a solid powerskid that the owner was estatic with, and how much did it cost .....................u wouldnt believe me if I told u

but the bloke that got it running needs a praise to say the least as he has tuned 90% of all turbo falcons in s.a

Is this normal? I expected more help, these guys portray themselves as expert professionals.

I was quite disappointed, but give the tight schedule I had, and a real need to be tuned, we proceeded with the tune.

Am I being unreasonable? How do I give them a better heads up?

I'm almost certain it'll be camshafts, but what are you actually unhappy about? the end result? the way the tuner responded to you?
