What does lowering do to it?Mitch if you want to go lower, find pics of j.d car on here. Reset leaves 4.5in on FG ute. Looks really good. Just the right amount Edited 06/05/12 02:13 AM by Shyfrd

So a 2010 should be alright?Im also wondering the same.......... heard a few stories of early fg autos busting tailshafts as soon as you put it down too much but havnt got anything set in stone.. would like to see someone with a fg auto whos just slammed it and can say "nope mines fine" then that will be good enough for me to dump mine another 1-2 inches lol

I can see it possibly being a problem. The blocks give extra leverage on winding the springs.

I was thinking king ssl in the front and king leaf in the back. Would love to hear from anyone who's lowered there's this way like what it rides like and if they've had any trouble with scrubbing or anything. Would be appreciated, cheers

What does lowering do to it?I think the issue is its a 2 piece tailshaft and when lowered by a large amount you end up taking the angle that would normally be there out and for what ever reason this must put some odd stress through the shaft and bust it.Someone correct me if im off the mark here, this is just how I interpret the setup.
