I rolled to a stop tested reverse, fine, but then I noticed that the D was flashing, I turned it off and then back on and drove off, everything was fine, how ever it another 2 times on the way back home each time it done it the D would flash off and on! . So now Im pissed off....it has had a service not to long ago and only has 112000ks on it, can someone tell me if it could be a sensor playing up. regards me

Mr_4.0 Member 1,096 Member For: 14y 1m 1d Posted 03/05/12 10:24 AM Share Posted 03/05/12 10:24 AM (edited) Limp mode of gear box can really only ever be:Loss of voltageLoss of earth Stall speed to high based on wheel speed. So battery is always a good one to check. Edited 03/05/12 10:29 AM by Mr_4.
Mr_4.0 Member 1,096 Member For: 14y 1m 1d Posted 03/05/12 10:26 AM Share Posted 03/05/12 10:26 AM There is also engine LOS mode which is similar to Limp mode of gear box. This could be either.
