Only some of the trades are still here and one or 2 really good operators, operators and laborers mostly got the flick. Some didnt even know until they got off the plane in Mackay to head to work.90 went last week and for the last 3 or so months they have been booting smaller contracting firms off site.Morning meetings on some crews use to be 50/50 pit guys and contractors now theres only half a dozen contractors there,They say pit guys are safe. I hope so.
