Info On Rebuilding Turbo

Iam getting my welsh plugs replaced and was wondering when the turbo was it a good idea s to get the turbo servered I wnt to put a 12 psi acctuor on but it is only stock its a 05 f6 with 95000 on it

I wouldnt go servering it

check shaft play, if its excessive send it for serivce and get flap and gate mod while its there

also changing the actuator will require a tune.

if its stock , changing the actuator wont be much benifit

So flapper mod is ok with no tune but actuator will need a tune I plan to take it to bta for a stage 2 but that wont b till end of year will car last if I do it no tune

if your keeping it stock , there is no point doing any mods to the turbo at stock boost level.

if I were u I get an exhust housing and get the mod and W/G actuator ready and fit be4 tune.
