If you keep running it with the faulty turbo you are risking even more damage or even complete failure. Leave the manifold for now and get the turbo rebuilt.Throwing more expensive parts at it wont fix it. If the tuner just keeps taking your cash then he sure is taking you for a nice ride. Its to late for me to leave the manifold, since I have already bought it. When I go to put it on, il be sending the turbo back to get it checked since it is a brand new garrett with 12 months warranty.

Now I dont know if this would have anything to do with me not making power but I seem to have two other issues first one is air temps on his dyno starting at 27 celius an then at end of run ending at 47 celius, im not sure if that's really that bad, I presume its because of lots of boost being used an that's why its high,(by the way I am using a brand new plazmaman 1100 intercooler) tuner at first thought it was my other intercooler causing high temps, but putting on the new plazmaman cooler didnt do much of a difference except to make the turbo spool sooner. Now my second problem, iv always complained about my car running to hot even at low cruising speeds an on idle, water temps on my new obd gauge reads at 97 celius an up to 103 celius an that's in this cold weather as well. Tuner then put in a 71celius or something like that thermostat in an my temps are still the same, except when im cruising at about 80klm an over it will reach 76 celius, which I think isnt right, an I think now when I try an give it hits at this temp, it starts to miss while at wot.Pretty much I can remember the tuner telling me that timing keeps getting pulled out while my car was on the dyno.
