I normally get 380km - 400km per tank city driving. But some spirited driving sees that fall to about 330km per tank. The best so far was 630km all highway, from Canberra to Sydney and back.

The car is currently stock, (well till Saturday, will let you know how it goes after the tune).

I get 400+ per tank city driving, on highway it's under 9 per 100kms and around town under 14. Give it a good flogging and can expect big numbers, they're almost the same as the turbos, and definately better than any hsv :-)

Evening all... Picked mine up on the weekend, so I'll be a regular here again, and went through the first tank within 350-400 k's but that was certainly exciting driving.. Time to stay a bit mellow and let it runin nicely before I realy do the figures. I'm very happy with it two days in though.

Not bad figures for the Size/Power available.

I always find it interesting in Fuel economy comparisons to compare Ave speed vs L/100km. One persons idea of city driving can be vastly different to anothers. My Average Speed is consistently 26-28km/h which KILLS my fuel economy (BA XR6T). A slight increase in km/h = a decent drop in L/100km.

Post up your Ave Speed when posting fuel economy so we can get a better idea

cheers

Michael

So, tune was done (Dale at Castlehill exhaust), heap of KM's on the clock now.. I've done city driving, highway driving, 1 track day..

Currently I am at 16.4L/100Km.. at an ave speed of 54km.

Will be good to see how the fuel economy goes on the Snowies Cruise this year.. will keep you posted.
