Got a feeling my xcal is a bit dodgy as its never worked as it is supposed to.Yeah mate my stock tune wouldn't even run before I put the battery charger on, it would have been the same problem, next time just hook up a battery charger (I only left mine around 40mins) and then return to stock, then put the custom tune back in.I'm scared to ever change it when I'm not at home now.
