Black_S15 Member 90 Member For: 14y 10m 8d Gender: Male Location: sydney Posted 30/04/12 03:17 AM Author Share Posted 30/04/12 03:17 AM ok guys so after having a look at both these vehicles, the 2nd one in cessnock was the better one. - really great condition, eveything is up to scratch on it, ... basically everything was perfect howeever there is one BUT,...... the log book indicated its last service was at 18000km. seller claims the previous owner did all servicing himself. the seller did a full service only 1000km ago, change all filters and oils... my queestion is if I was to get an full inspection by state roads, and the engine inspection shows a perfectly healthy engine with no faults.... should I disregard the lack of content in the log books?I know it seems like a noob question, but my gut says that this is a bit odd.coming from a world of Silvias and Skylines, LOG books play no part when it comes to purchasing such a vehicle.... but when it comes to my potential F6 its my no.1 priority...what are your thoughts guys? give me some insights.... I was this close to putting down a deposit but the empty log books since 18000 km really bugged me even though the guy seems very genuine and honest..
