How much did Pedders charge to do the diff. If they did it 8 days ago they probably undid the main bolt, took the cracked housing off and replaced with new bush and charged for a whole craddle removal.

I really find it hard to believe that a majority of that was done in 8 days. If it was then you gotta look at your driving.

I also had the 2 upper outter bushes replaced so im pretty sure the cradle does have to be removed to access them? they charged me $550 labour for the whole job. I doubt it was all that damage was done in 8 days too but when I asked the question if there was anything else wrong, you'd think they would have said something. all they told me is that it needed rear shockers.

Will the FG 2 cradle fit the BA ? silly question...

I just broke my cradle... the thread for the bolt, has snapped... completley off... so now the bolt doesn't tighten up.

The main bolt that goes through the main bush. The thread on the back has completely broken off. Not on the bolt, but on the cradle.

You need a new diff backing plate to fix that, or have yours repaired, but a heli coil repair will not give enough thread depth, so the backing plate is the best bet.
