Any Point To Upgrading To Slotted Rear Brakes?

Certainly a slotted rotor is better due to the slot being able to wipe the face of the pad and also expel hot gases from between the pad and rotor. But I doubt you'd notice a difference in performance changing the rear rotors to slotted from plain. Most people probably have slotted rears due to looks and matching the front.

oh yeah thanks for the replies. I was planning to do them on the front but dont know if doing the rear is really worth another $180

the rears aren't even ventilated.. just solid disk.

I got brand new rear 303mm rda505 slotted/crossdrilled disks and pads I wanna get rid of if your interested

that would mostly come down to the wrong pads being used and over working the disks.
