Fronts have gone like yours.Must be the norm.

My rears were the first to go.... Given I average 16l/100km I suspect I have a heavy right foot . I have replaced the dunlops with Goodyear eagle asymmetrical 2's and am amazed at how much better they are. They ride much nicer over bumps and have more traction in the dry than the dunlops had in the wet. I see why they are 50% more expensive and am happy with the purchase. Before I changed the old rubber I left many a stripe on the road and plenty of smoke around town...amazing how quickly it broke traction with the nanny button switched off.Given what I spent on the new rubber, the nanny button stays on. The other way would be obvious!!

tuono Member 312 Member For: 14y 3m 25d Posted 19/04/12 03:30 AM Author Share Posted 19/04/12 03:30 AM (edited) Just ordered some Nitto INVO's, after the positive reviews on here. Half price (apprentally), delivered for free, $260 each. Still $100 a tyre cheaper than my regular tyre dude wanted for Hankooks. Lets see how long these last. They look cool though!!The front insides were scrubbed on mine, as mentioned by others. My tyre bloke said a good alignment would fix that, they still had 5000 km left in them otherwise. Rears are farked. Funny about that.I will get Ford to fit my new ones for $20 a wheel so I dont upset the real tyre shops who are getting screwed by online buying. What do ya do?!
