I won't be in town for sure on that day. Oh well, I hope it goes well and I really look forward to this happening again sometime. My car is actually having a few repairs done on it while it is away but they are just warranty items from a dealer. dannggg I hate FIFO work that has varying swings (sometimes a month, sometimes two weeks etc). I also have that app Torque on my android device as well as an ELM327 bluetooth adaptor, I loved the free version of torque and I think it was just a few dollars for the paid version, it works really well and connects quickly and starts spitting data out. It can load and clear fault codes(incase anyone was unaware). Edited 07/02/13 07:47 AM by johnxr6t

You may have to decide though as I'm out for tomorrow :(Just spent most of today fighting with my car after diagnosing a knock to be upper ball joint on the way out. On good advice and assistance from someone who actually knows what they are doing (Ralph) I took out the upper wishbone arms and the gf drove me with the two arms down so Luke could press new ones in (which we pre bought & originally planned to be fitting today with new suspension parts but those aren't here yet, bummer). In other news I had a squiz while at Luke's and if I had coilovers like you Tom the upper bolts would have come right out no worries, instead of fouling on the stock springs. Dammit!!I'm too farked to put it all back together today so the car is up on stands overnight all in bits and won't be drivable in time tomorrow. Also had a chat and Luke is out for tomorrow due to work....bit late but can we do the DIY day again in a month or two? Spewing to be missing it as is Luke.edit - LOL at old ball joint picture as new avatar, cheers...hahahaedit again - if you are interested here's a pic showing what I'm talking about. The two round purple bushes go against the chassis and the poking out stud thing sits in where I have the coat hanger wire from the top side. The bolts against the chassis hit the spring when I was trying to get them out meaning more things needed to be unbolted or squished to move the spring.
