Paulie also whipped out his netbook and showed how you can run a freeware prog to monitor engine parameters using his Xcal. Do you have the link to the prog mate to share here?

:roflmbo: apparently its a very common issue - need to buy a can of silicon spray (has to be pure silicon, not that WD40 stuff that smells) and spray it in the window rails through the straw that comes with the spray can. I'll hopefully have some vids up soon of many of the things we did on the DIY day to make it more obvious how to do things :thumbsup:

FordXR6Turbo DIY - Crank Case Breather Hose

Crank case breather hose connector broke off cross-over - apparently something that happens with BAs as they age. First signs something like this may be about to happen to your BA is lots of oil smurched around the connector on the cross-over :nono: When I rocked up to the DIY and opened the bonnet lo and behold was sad to see the connector had sheared right off. Daz repaired it with Locktite 401 superglue :thumbsup:

Caveat emptor for all these DIY hints and tips!
