What Power Should I Expect On Monday?

Gents,

Would like to say thanks to all the great info I've come across this site and was just wondering for peoples opinions on this.

I have a BAmk2 xr6 turbo ute with all these mods completed, waiting for a tune on monday. What power should I get?

Mods:

Beefed up 4 speed BTR box with mild stall

Atomic valve springs

Process west surge tank and 044 fuel pump

60lb injectors

High flow cat

Turbosmart adjustable internal wastegate actuator

Wastegate flap mod

F6 intercooler and 2nd cold air intake

K&N filter for that extra 0.2hp lol

The car has everything installed waiting for the tune. I know I only have to wait 2 days but I would like to see if anyone thinks I would come close to 300rwkw with these mods? I still have the stock cooler piping and stock exhaust system except for the high flow cat. Will post up the results and see how close you guys can guess what she will make. What quarter mile times you think it should get too?

Thanks again!

Where abouts you get the BTR done mate? Few people on here having plenty of dramas with theirs, including blowing them. Hope you don't have the same luck and the person who did it knows their sh*t :spoton:

Good luck with the tune and post a pic of the graph once you got it :)

Who's tuning it?

I reckon 280-300. Lower figure due to the stall.

Yeah, I reckon around the 290 as is or around 320 if you do the cooler and piping. Maybe cut the front off the crossover and do a custom crossover pipe or go straight for an after-market plenum. Airbox and battery can stay where they are with the FG style plenum :)

Thanks for the responses guys

The BTR box was built by Sure-shift automatics, he knows his sh*t! He promised me it will handle well over 300rwkw all day, the input shaft is the only weak point in the box now.

I was thinking of a process west intercooler kit, but the budget hasn't allowed for it so I guess it will stay stock until I save the dollars for it, then get it retuned. I have heard of guys getting another 20rwkw just from a good cooler and piping. BPS - Bayside Performance Services at Cleveland are doing the tuning, a friend of mine with a 380rwkw xr6 told me to go there.

Thanks for your input, I will be stoked if I get between 280 - 290rwkw, any more would be pointless in a ute anyway haha. As long as she does 12 second passes, I'll be chuffed!
