Taped up everything henz and did light coats like normal, I thought the plastidip would cut itself on the spokes because they're sharp edges but it didn't do it like I wanted and when I took the tape off it left a bit of overspray peeled up on the inside of some of the spokes. So just went around with a sharp razor blade and cleaned it all up. The purple is definitely different to the can. I think the colour base of the wheel makes a big difference. My spokes were silver so the purple came out lighter. The gloss really brought the colour out more too. worth having a play withWhen I did my mrs I sprayed and peeled the tape straight away.
