hi all, was wondering if anyone has drilled/cut a 3" hole thru the bottom of the

airbox as a second intake instead of forking out and buying that genuine

forward facing cold air intake as it wud suck air from the same area, behind

the foglight.

cheers

josh

ohk, did it in my ef fairmont just wasnt sure but how many ppl did it to their utes.

not worried about noise, running a intake from the turbo to front of battery, no filter lol

im just trying to work out if I do that or move the battery to that side n build

a cai box? I just think the piping going over the hot engine would get heated,

affecting your intake air temp...

why 3inch? 4inch FTW;)

I welded in a 4inch aircon duct fitting from bunnings and run 4inch flexy alloy aircon ducting down to the fog light. 3inch hotside piping too;)
