F6 Ute with a couple options is $60k.. I consider 60-70k the same ballpark..

My Maloo Ute brings all the women to the yard..

If I had a maloo ute the above statement may or may not be correct..

Can anyone answer the 1/4 mile question? What do these things run and what MPH?

Fair enough. Since where comparing

Safety - all Ve range has 6 airbags standard. Ford has??????

Brakes - gts would stop miles quicker than a f6. Try this repeatedly and I'm sure the f6 would have fade by the second stop.

Traction control - sh*ts all over ford.

Suspension - I won't even go there

Compartment space - gts wins hand down

Rims - standard 20" 275 potenzas. What does ford give you, tyres that belong on a datson.

Yes the Expensive Daewoo is not 325, who cares. Obviously the 1 million people that have one don't - compared to the 100 sales ford have.

I have a fg ute with 60k for work- diff cluncks and whines, brakes shudder like no tomorrow, engine leaks. My Ve never had problems like this and I drive mine hard. In fact all the other 6 Utes have similar problems.

Why are you here again then?

Lol

I must say in the second hand market I couldn't afford to get into a similar aged Expensive Daewoo with anywhere near the power my BF had with just a tune and cooler. I would have been looking at double the money.

13.1 - 13.7 @ 108

12.9 with ets is the best I've hears of

That is sh*thouse. The cars appeal to pigeons, who are attracted to shinny sh*t. I could wrap a HSV in tin foil and get 100k+ for it.

All Falcon's have six airbags and a crash rating score higher than the Late model camira achieved with fewer airbags (4 at the time).

No credit to the Brenbo's?

It's not the Falcon's fault it's engine is quicker than the computer :P

Suspension, no idea.

Not everyone needs or wants 12 cup holders, 2 glove boxes or whatever.

Rims and tyres I give you.

Geez, those Commodores are sure reliable and manufactured well. Since delivery, mate at work has had the following issues with his Commodore:

Exhaust tips out of alignment on delivery

Command centre malfunctioned after 6 weeks leaving no radio, say nav, etc.

Plastic around gear fascia broken and steering wheel leather torn during installation of replacement (again faulty) command centre

Cover on passengers air bag fell off

Command centre replaced for second time

Expensive Daewoo ship up prototype for command centre after third one fails and finally solves whatever the problem was

Some engine issue that was fixed under warranty that I can't remember exactly

Anyway, it doesn't inspire any more confidence in Expensive Daewoo than there is in Ford...

if your after quality build ummm ford n Expensive Daewoo are a fair way down the list compared to euro and even half the jap crap lol but for what they are I love em ;) and im still shocked at how slow a hsv is unless there blown then they crack but 4 those kinda $ smh

And imo most car arguments are about straight line speed as most common folk no stuff all about track like me hehehe
