A more evened and balanced arguement. Its fine if your one eyd about a certain brand.. but realistically, like it or not.. out T's have short comings as do the red team.Yep.. I miss the lop of a cammed 8.. spent the last 15 years in HSV's... but man the rush of the turbo has its own attributes.

Tune exhaust and Otr = 300rkwVe ss - 200-210 (auto) manuals upto 230. Exhaust, tune Otr 250-260(autos) and manually alittle bit more.So a hsv I'd on par or a little bit better than a xr but no show with a f6. But remember, hsv"s are very very heavy cars,

But remember, hsv"s are very very heavy cars, even taking all of that into consideration n/a power is not the same as forced induction.my mate from work had a ve maloo with the usual tune exhaust and OTR and a dyno printout of 290+my dead stock fg xr6t with a dyno of 240 atw pulled away from it every time. That's were people go wrong and say this is faster than that. Is comparing a fg sedan vs fg ute the same. Utes heavier, leaf springs, larger car, tractions sh*t.Simply - rum mph / weight and that will tell you the true. From memory the SV6 is about 1650kg..
