Hi Flowed Cat

I live on my own island in the pacific ocean, it consists of just a racetrack and some workshops and a small house, I make the laws so no cat is required.

Dont think it would be a muffler as it was hitting a laggy 17psi right until I gutted the cat now the responce is much better but it stops at 15psi ?.

Could it be the lack of backpressure on the exhaust of the turbo allowing the flap to be pushed open a little bit easier.

Maybe the extra flow of having no cat was enough to finish off the muffler? Similar but different situation I've just experienced where I took my centre muffler out and completely f*cked a rear muffler I had on it's way out.
