The whole B series factory plumbing is pretty ordinary. I get what you're trying to do but agree with other posts. IMO either leave it stock, or mod it properly with stuff that works.

Gidday bomber, I guess its just about trying to get the most out of the factory setup. I put a Monza cooler on it only because it is quite a bit better than the factory cooler, didn't require any cutting and didnt disrupt air cond pipes etc, and still allowed enough air into both radiator and air con condensor. Kn and airbox mod just to make sure that air intake would never be wanting particularly in the temperate Queensland whether. The rear muffler was a suggestion just to reduce back pressure and allow it to make some sound. The crossover was just an idea to allow little better flow into the TB. But I must say as I;m polishing this thing I really think that it will look amazing in the engine bay. Mind you its a huge job with 2 1/2 days of sanding and polishing and I'm still far from finished. Cheers

I was going to say the same as SHP, if you find your car goes like crap when it gets hot it's because of the Monza cooler. Upgrade it to something like a plazmaman stage one. It's similar in looks and size to the Monza but actually cools your intake temp so when the weather starts to warm up you won't notice so much of a power drop.

Not a bad polishing job looks impressive, how long for it all

3 days, would never do it again. That said I'm happy with how it came up. I was able to add about 10% extra flow (unfortunately I didn't take pics) to intake, and create a much smoother path, as it is the biggest restriction in the whole system. Cheers
