Not sure if its proper acoustic stuff, clark rubber would sell something suitable. The 3rd piece sticks to the car itself.Fibreglass/plastic boxes are supposedly quieter than metal ones too. I used to have 2 intakes one I made from alloy and one I made from cutting up the factory plastic piping, I would swtich between either depending on what sound I wanted,I havnt heard the process west kit, it should be quieter being silicone hose from the airbox to turbo, but I have heard the nizpro which is thick wall cast alloy and it is pretty quiet compared to thin wall piping intakes...that's just my experience anyways... Was thinking of wrapping the Acostic/Insulation Aluminium tape around the metal piping from the pod to the turbo as an experiment.Might also try some silicon piping straight from the enclosed pod to the turbo as well if all else fails.
