Northern only just built my box about a month ago and it seems like I drive the same as you. 300rwkw and power skids lol.My box seems fine atm and they told me if I serviced it every 20,000km or so it should be fine. The one thing that worried me is they said I shouldn't need a tranny cooler! Now that I find very hard to believe as having no cooler is what cooked the auto in my old car. I've got one sitting at home to put on as soon as I get the time. Regular services make a big difference too. Mine was built by Yarra Valley autos aswell and has been pretty good for almost 3yrs with 318rwkw. I dont thrash the sh*t out of the thing everyday though,so if you do,it wont help either. 40,000km out of a box that's been thrashed on a regular basis is probably pretty good.
