Probably did the adjustments to the tune himself. Also read it has an x-force twin 2.5" exhaust to answer above exhaust question

Then the op's gone and chucked in his own boost controller and adjusted the timing.Easy way of making power but dunno how safe it would be. Might be a good idea to just chuck it on a dyno and see how everything is running.I thought it wasn't till 06/06 they all changed...?

Im pretty sure ba typhoons still have the later model motor.

Impellor Member 835 Member For: 14y 4m 27d Gender: Not Telling Posted 04/04/12 10:54 AM Share Posted 04/04/12 10:54 AM (edited) First release BA II Typhoon, only difference was that they only had semi floating small end bearings. Fully floating came with re-released 07 / 2005. That is the only difference in BA/BF Typhoon engines.Chris the reality is that the differences in output really only come with the dynos. Generally speaking manufacturers figures are pretty spot on,or within 2% of quoted figures. The FG XR6 T is good for 218-222 Rwks in the real world. F6 FG have the same rods also..however BA XR6 turbo rods are the NA rods up untill sep06 and up to FG current model....BA XR6 turbo on the leftBA F6 typhoon and BF XR6 turbo to current model FPV and XR6 on your right.
