Increased boost may blow the spark out, just like in a higher compression methanol engine. Your tuner should do it for you as part of the service. As Rhino said you need a smaller gap for higher boost pressure. However it is more desirable to fit the correct plugs with the correct gap. Modern plugs aren't designed to be regapped and regapping then can leave you with a ground bar the isnt square to the electrode, which hurts the plugs performance.Didn't i read somewhere that FG F6's had .9mm gap factory? Maitland Posted 30/03/12 07:06 AM Share Posted 30/03/12 07:06 AM 0.48 if I recall correctly but that seems smaller than what a lot of people posted theirs as in a similar thread. IIRC most were 0.6 - 0.7. I wouldn't bother with standard boost, but your sig says 348 RWKW that would need about 16 pound give or take.

What does the boost spike to if at all before it settles to 14?

No I haven't had any problems with misfire so I will just leave them until or if it does. My boost doesn't spike at all full boost is about 14.5psi
