Here is a few pics ive found of Nizpro piping on FG.

Been very interested in going to a Nizpro cooler for my BF, My current staggered tank cooler works well, but the Nizpro one is much bigger and piping setup would be better the way I want to do it.

Looks like a big soft cock from the turbo!

What was needed to be cut?

Cross support brace.. plastic bumper bar support because of the offset design. The black plastic indertray that fits up underside of the bumper bar. Open up the hot and cold side piping that runs thought the front apron. Notch out a slot for the hot side pipe that protrudes lower than the underside of the bumper bar.

Black trim plastic that sits in the grille area just above the intercooler..

Bit hard to explain whats what.. but yeah.. theres abit.

But it does just about fill every square inch avaliable.

Soft *** ? Yeah maybe.. but Im definitely one for function over form

Again it just comes down to personal preferance. I suppose the difference for me was that Nizpro deal with these day in day out. Their R&D happens on a daily basis. The other guys build a cooler.. give it to someone to test.. then sell it. that's it. Feedback come from outside sources.

Well always try and justify our choices.. ..

That looks farkin mad champ.

Do you have the piping on upside down or something?

Maybe you need to slide the joiners on more to make it hug in better.

Which cold side piping are you using?

I'm doing my own cold side piping. Probably going to ditch the spotlights once I figure out what to replace them with.

Thanks.. youve just changed my whole perception!! lol

Back to therapy :(

Dont feel bad, I'll swap you a rapid kit for yours if it would make you happy...Ahahaha

Maybe when you remove the spotlights you could use some quality alloy or metal mesh/gauze (painted black of course) or similar and strap it around the spotlight bumper holes with metal zip ties or even big hose clamps.

This would stop birds entering and cats chasing them!

I tried as a temp. fix to cable tie some gutter guard around the foggy hole on the inside too when my foggies were out..

But because the foglight surround tapers the stoopid cable ties keep slipping off. I tried a few dif. ways of cable tieing it on and came to the conclusion I would most likely need to glue some fixing points in with epoxy or something.

totally cbf and the foggies went back in. haha

Yeah I might just paint everything behind the spotties black and leave them out. I'll see what that looks like and take it from there
