Put the coils in and it seemed to improve a rough idle issue. Didn't completely fix the issue but helped. Two days later went to start the car, running on 5 cylinders. Checked everything and I couldn't see anything visibly wrong so put the Visteon coil packs back in (I believe they are the factory coil packs?) and the car is running again. Took the coil packs back to Repco and all they could say is "This is a warranty claim, we'll send them back to FuelMiser for you and you'll have to wait and see what they say, we can't refund you".Absolutely ridiculous. A product lasts 2 days and now I am out of pocket for $300 for god knows how long. Very disappointed with Repco and their policy. Now what happens when they say that yes one of them is bad, and they will only refund me for the faulty unit and not all 6 which I no longer want after my bad experience? If it is faulty on purchase (I.e. never works as intended) then you are entitled to immediate replacement or refund directly from the seller, but if it fails after first operating correctly then it is a warranty issue and has to go through the appropriate channels.edit...may have misread your first post. So did they work properly initially?
