For over $1K I think I would have a go myself. Just buy the mount and get some autometer gauges off ebay

And if you just wanted boost and you're on a budget, you could always go to supercheap and pick one for 20 bucks lol. It does the job just fine!

Newbie questions but how hard is it to use the FPV cluster in our cars?

Also would it still be possible to use the XR6 face?

I'd much rather do something like this than having gauges on top of the ICC, really kills the stealth look.

Hey Boganspeed,

just wondering if you'd had your guages done in the mk2 yet?

I'm pretty keen on the same deal and would be interested to see how they look!

Yeah mate, all done, looks good and works good too.

EGT guage isn't as usefull as I thought it might be.

Next time will include AFR Instead.

The only thIng being that the gauge cups are black and the dash is grey. But a black dash mat with custom cutout to suit the gauges looks porn!

Bit far to drive to get them fitted isn't it ?

As I mentioned earlier, a black dash mat helps the black guage cups blend in tremendously.

My advice is to cut a cardboard template to fit the back of the gauges neatly before cutting out the guage shapes from the mat.

The FG1 mat that I used looks great but I did a rubbish job on that part of it.

I have a FG2 mat coming in now and will do better this time.
