Finished off the wiring harness, made up some more lines and test fitted the new fuel rail. Ran into a bit of trouble with the injector length but I'm just gonna spin the TB around 180 until the new ID's go in... This IS a problem for us FG guys.Was at my turbo guys getting my 6235 set up and we found that the actuator bracket doesn't line up the the securing bolt holes. The bracket is about 15mm too short.BA/BF guys won't have a problem. Where the actuator has to be positioned for the FG lines the bracket in the wrong spacing sequence on the turbo.So.. no.. not a direct bolt in.Easily fixed by welding a tab and re-drilling a new hole in the correct position.
