Yep both those mph's (1/4 and 1/ 8) scream 10's

What pressure in the tyres?

Started with 22 cold but decided to take 4psi out on the last run, tyres were warm so I'm estimating 19-20 psi cold

Got to see one of your runs whilst I was wating for mine. Nice work.

I hope it was one of the good ones as I ran a 12.0 with wheelspin off the line and by the time it hooked up I was in 3rd, pretty fun though.

Thanks Ivan, I know you know what it feels like to be so close

60 ft was 1.78, I did an 11.1 with a 1.71 earlier in the night but MPH was only 125 as it was about 5-6 deg warmer.

If the last run had the 1.71 60ft I would have been cheering but it wasn't meant to be.

Assuming you have a BA, the old ballpark in a BA auto for 10sec pass is 1.6x 60', and 99-101mph at half track, and 124-125mph at full track.

Based on your half track speed, you have the grunt, but you must get your 60' time down. Maybe less tyre pressure, down to 15lb; you have to experiment?

Rain is predicted next week. If no rain I'm going to give my STi a run.

Hey george, I met you on Wednesday. It's Spiro I was in the blue F6 ute. I ended up going home just before the burnouts. I didn't do any better than 13.0 @110mph. I spoke to Spiro at Autotech and he agreed the car would only have around 320-330rwk with those injectors.

Hey Brian, its a BF, I think it can be done with a 1.7 60 ft, just need cooler weather. I'm sure if it was 2 or 3 deg cooler I would of had a 10.

Hopefuly the rain holds off as it would be a good chance to take off with more boost as the track will be prepped.

Hope to see you out there Brian.

Hey Spiro, so as we thought those green tops are your limiting factor.

Pretty weird that your car has an APS stage 3 with green tops but at least you have all the gear,

get some bigger squirters and a retune and your good to go.

Was good to meet you,

George

Ok.

From my records with my BF 4 years ago as WSID, I've had 11.014 and 11.046, both with 1.75 60', both with 128mph, and 100 & 102mph half track, but these were the older style MT's that are not as sticky as later MT's.

I know how you feel. So close. You need a run where everything comes together perfectly.

Cooler weather brings more power, but less grip on the track. My problem was always getting the grip on the track, and WSID back then was rarely prepped.

Hoping for the rain to hold off as the track will be prepped and alot of rubber will be laid from the test and tune in the daytime.

This would be a really good oppurtunity to have everything come together and acheive my goal.

Your input is much appreciated Brian and hope to see you out there.
