I came from a Ford V8, 5.0L windsor in the Fairlane By Tickford...

I miss the rumble at times, but I LOVE the whistle of the turbo when you get it tuned just as much!

Without seeing anything on the market that grabs me, I feel a V8 Turbo would be my only swap, but show me one that is sold in this country from factory, aimed at normal people with a budget of some sort lol.

I love watching the fuel level drop before my eyes with the boot in! Heck yes. Now, what mods do I need...

Hi everyone,

Got myself a BF XR6T back in March , but didn't have any photos of it until just now.

It's a 2006 build, with premium sound and 18's. So far it's stock except for a K&N filter and the F6 lower intake, but I think with tax return time it won't stay stock for long.

brock it might fit, but lets hope you are only going to drive it on the dragstrip, and not on the road, where it's illegal...

Funny, ive always been amazed how good these cars are on juice. Boot through firewall and all.

I got an xr6 turbo because its a lot easier than an xr8 to pass of as a non turbo 6 (p plates), and I always thought I was a v8 guy but im getting a sore arse sitting on the fence
