since the dyno seems to have only been done a couple of weeks ago, I might just go with 'gut feel' on this one - probably be a pita trying to organise a time for both of us to be there & for MS to have a window asap.

If the car seems good & the guy takes my offer, I will pick it up in the next few days.

I'd still seriously recommend that you at least contact MT and have a chat. They may say to you "man, the car was a complete bitsa job that the dude had put together himself. Tuned up ok, but I wouldn't expect it to last too much longer before the motor/gearbox/rear end needs a rebuild.". You never know!

I'm still in Newman so I sent them an email with the dyno attached & asked them if they remember the car (was only a couple of weeks ago),

also asked them what a power run costs just in case

just had a reply from them, no comments at all on the car, just a price of $250 for a power run!
