Hi fellow members,

Just joined up on here hoping to get a few tips and tricks on modding Fg g6e Turbo cars as im keen on purchasing one. Just like to do my homework and sums before I go on the search for a clean unit. I'd most likely go down the lines of achieving 300kw at the wheels or there abouts.

Welcome Cuzzy,

Hope you find what you're after an join the family :)

Heaps of info here - can be a bit hard to sort through at times.

Have a gander here for a good run down as a starting point for what to look at mod wise.

Hey people, my names Kane. Won't be posting much because all my questions have been answered somewhere in this awesome forum.

Anyway I'm from the Bendigo area, just bought a white bf mkll ute and so far doing the oil feed line and zf heat exchanger and service. Got 60lbs injectors and 12psi actuator on their way. Still deciding on what cooler and exhaust to use but once I do I reckon I'll put it on the trailer go for a drive to Frankston

Welcome mate

Pit lane are going a group buy on all the PW intercoolers.

Check out their section in the Sponsors part coz you'll be saving some money if you jump in that.

Thanks mate. The knob who had it before me put a monza cooler on it so mainly want to get rid of that. Only aiming for 280rwkw as its daily driven and does a fair few kms so was even contemplating a capa cooler (on a budget due to house renos aswell)

Hey Kane

I have daily driven 440rwkw car (370 on 98)

So I wouldn't stress too much on power. My misses still drives it around town. You'd be surprised how tame these cars are with high power

Its actually my wife's daily but she has a heavy right foot. Would hate to see her with 440rwkw. 1 more question on daily drivers, how do bocsh 044's go for every day driving including 100km trips up the freeway? Or should I start a thread?
