Traded my 2004 peter solberg edition wrx (listed on carsales by the dealership, NSW, New Lambton Auto Centre), for an orange 2003 (buit december 2003) XR6-T with manual trans. It has leather interior, premium sound, slotted discs all around, SS induction kit, and cat back exhaust. I traded the car in the saturday before last (with no extra costs). Put H4 (Hi/Lo)'s in last night. Other than that, getting a tune done soon. Hope to meet some of you soon. BTW, my younger brother has a blue BA xr6 turbo (auto) with a stage 3 kit. The car is currently factory stock with premium sound, full leather, factory sunroof, and has the FPV pedals fitted. It has a lot of kilometres on it, but mostly highway, after life as a fleet vehicle in Victoria and then a second life in Gunnedah (NSW), before coming to me, but is in amazingly good condition.

The plans are to do the usual visual mods and mechanically just an intake and exhaust(just gotta work out what's best) hoping for around the 300rwkw mark which should be easy enough.Cheers

Absolutley lovin' it so far. Have read the 'Looking for a Tuner/Workshop in your state' thread but there was no link to any discussions about WA so was wondering where people would recommend for mods/tuning in Perth?

Have not seen any strong performing Ford cars from elsewhere (at least on here or other forums). Personal experience with XFT from me, car is 188,000km young and still goes hard - modded since 100,000km! No engine troubles except for softening valve springs due to age/mods and being the stock items still Read the "first mods" threads or build threads in 300/400/500rwkw sections to see what you think then call them both up and have a chat about it!Welcome to the group dude! Also look in WA section for February cruises currently in planning. Edited 04/02/13 04:39 PM by -SteveR-

Does that sound right for those mods ?? Edited 05/02/13 11:20 PM by UBA
