G'day from another Newbie. I only joined up yesterday.

From the pics of your ride looks like you are in Queensland ? Me to, Gold Coast. I'm not sure what the rules on here are about recommending tune shops but if you'd like to give me a holler I can highly recommend the people that have done the work on my BA. I'm running a modest 312rwkw & can't fault my guys at all. Very friendly. Even helped me get rid of some unneeded gear on eBay. Oh, by the waythey are in Brisbane. I travel up for service & tune.

Gday im a new member and im a huge ford fan. Ive owned a BA turbo auto and currently own a BF turbo manual. I will be ordering an FG turbo some time next month. Great site I just have to learn how to use it.

After a 5-year drought (company cars), I am finally back in a turbo !!!

I have recently purchased a 9-month old FG xr6 turbo.

Colour - EGO

Trans - 6-Speed auto

Premium sound, tinted windows, reverse sensors & camera

This car is a daily work driver.

Hope to have some upgrades completed in the next month or so.

Up for a cruise anytime guys !!

Hey Guys Just Had my first taste of a 12/02 BA XR6T, I then bought it straight away after driving the thing haha. Picked up a "Acid Rush" XR6T with 90K kms for $16K was a one owner car too and he removed the turbo badge haha. It has a 5 speed manual though but the driving I have done so far is pretty good the T5 aint the slickest shifiting box though!!!. Not sure if the car is standard though as the turbo blow off sound is quite prominent when changing gears is this normal for a stock XR6T??

Have also had the engine somtimes drop cylinders at about 3500 RPM at hard acceleration!!! but it does not seem to happen often!!! Have driven V8 falcons for 13 years and loved them but holy crap this is what I have been missing haha. Awsome car :-)

Well the day has finally arrived, well the eve of the day anyway LOL

I'm heading south tomorrow to pick my new white FG XR6T after months of bullsh*t. Can't wait!

Why was it months of bullsh*t? Ford totally blowing its estimated time frame? or just cause you cannnot wait for it?
