SHOWDOWN BACK SLOWER THEN EVER! Member 706 Member For: 17y 4m 27d Gender: Male Location: Sydney Posted 04/07/07 11:10 AM Share Posted 04/07/07 11:10 AM I first found the site around 3-4 years ago. Been a ford fan all my life and since the XR6T was first launched it has been my dream to have my own. Since then my 2nd kid (my boy) was born. I have been waiting patiently till I sold brick on wheels (2002 Expensive Daewoo Vectra). Finally the missus allowed the arrival of our third child, the 2004 Lighting Silver BAII XR6T. If I die tomorrow I will be a happy man... I really am very happy with my purchase. I have own 2 cortinas (TE's) back in the day and I have always flown the ford flag. It is a great feeling to back behind the wheel of the blue oval. I am proud to be among you guys finally...Ozzie

Been driving mine for two years and still loving it.What are some of the issues? and also can anyone tell me, apart from Six Speed Transmission, what (if any) cosmetic changes have been made between 2005 MK II XR6T and current model?
