Hi all.

I was told I should introduce myself here. So, here I am.

Im from the Mornington Peninsula.

U have a BF XR6 Turbo ute, pretty good nick.

Ive owned and Still own several other cars, mostly Fords including XB Coupe(302 Windsor), XE Spac, EB Fairmont, EB XR8, and AU Fairmont.

Fords I still own are a Black EB S XR6, a Black Festiva ST and of course the XR6T Ute

Not one for modding cars too much as im not much of a hoon anymore, but the Ute came pretty well setup already so I may continue to tweak it, but I rarely ever flog it.

Cyas round the forums.

Welcome :)

Mornington Peninsula myself :)

How long have you had the ute, and what's been done to it so far? Colour?

Which of the older Fords are you kicking yourself the most over getting rid of? (XC 351GXL is mine :'( )

Don't need to be a hoon either to "improve" your ride ;)

These things respond so well to being touched up that it should be criminal not to.

Ive had it a few months.

OK well when I say a couple of things, I probably underexaggerated.

Currently has the Bigger Scoop, Lower Scoop, Pod, Exhaust, Bigger Injectors and Fuel Pump, Flash Tune and Probably some other stuff im not sure on from the original owner.

Not even sure where to go next really, but im happy with it as is for now.

Definetly the XB. Sure the newer cars went better, but I really miss the sound. though Id say the Fairmont came close.

Hi Everyone,

Dan here from Brisbane

I have just become the proud new owner of an immaculately presented 2011 Automatic XR6 Turbo ute in Nitro Blue with 26k on the clock with no modifications and the luxury pack fitted which I traded for my 2013 Toyota 86 GTS.

At this moment in time my modifications for this ute are mods that will improve the reliability of the engine and keep it in good working order for years to come, then slowly add supporting mods to bring the power up to some respectable levels and with a quick look through the forum I think I have come to the right place.

Thanks for your time and look forward to getting to know you all

Kind Regards

Dan

Welcome mate!

It's good that you can compare to the older model turbo, makes the new one feel even better!

Download tapatalk app, I find it the easiest way to put pictures up
