With an intank pump, 42lb injectors and a cat you could get so much more and save on a second tune

The boss says im not aloud to spend anymore cash modding....for now

Getting over driving it everyday. Also kind of over it revving at like 3200rpm at 110 on the freeway lol. Pretty keen to start tweaking the XR,few basics anyways. Been driving around in Mazda 3 for a couple of years and wanted something with more power and something that I wouldn't have been able to get when I was back in the UK.I've been torn between a 6 turbo and an 8 for a while, I've read the T6 is faster and handles better but I've always wanted the V8 noise! Long story short, signed a contract for a FG 6T yesterday, hopefully pick it up Tues/Weds this week. Was quite amazed by the lack of turbo lag on the test drive, I used to drive a Celica GT-Four ST185 in the UK, not the most powerful car but when the boost was upped it went pretty damned well, especially with full time 4WD. My only reservation with the Ford is that it's the semi-auto — I've always been a manual man and I'm not sure how long I'll be able to put up with that but we'll see, maybe I'll swap it for a manual later on.Stoked to be getting the car and will no doubt be asking plenty of questions Cheers,Lacey
