Sounds strange. Did it lose any coolant at all while being tested? Was the heater left on while testing?Yeah heater was on and didn't loose a drop. It only drops when it is driven. I think we are going to put it on the dyno and see if we can find it.I'm going to pull the radiator out (again) this weekend and go right over it. What looks like has happened is the leak was so small that it was only using the coolant while the car was driving and under load and that is why we couldnt get it on the pressure tests and there was no sign of it on the pistons. Took the oil cap off today and its a milkshake.so the head is coming off early this next week to be sent and get checked over and decked, the parts should get ordered monday so while we are waiting for parts im going to get it towed to my work so I can weld up some unused holes and smooth the bay over and give it a fresh coat of paint which should make it look better. The head got tested and decked, it was 4thou out which was an easy fix. We chucked in a cometic head gasket and a set of ARP headstuds for a bit more security for when we step the power up a bit more.
